What time do doors open?

Doors typically open one hour before curtain — please check the listing for your specific show on our What's On page for exact timings.

How do I buy tickets?

Each performance has its own ticket link on the What's On page. If you can't find what you need, email info@stageandstem.com.

What's your refund / exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable but may be exchanged for another performance subject to availability. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, you'll be contacted directly. For specific queries email info@stageandstem.com.

Is there parking nearby?

There is on-street parking along Richmond Road and the surrounding residential streets (check signage for time restrictions). Cardiff city centre car parks are a short walk away, and the venue is well served by buses and a short taxi ride from Cardiff Central station.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

We want everyone to enjoy Stage & Stem, so our venue is designed to be 100% accessible. Please contact us at info@stageandstem.com ahead of your visit and we'll answer any specific questions about your needs.

Can I eat at the Bistro before a show?

Yes — many guests pair dinner at the Bistro with their evening's performance. Book a table in advance, and let us know you're heading to a show so we can pace your meal accordingly.
